Inner Temple | A Sacred Community Gathering

On Sunday, October 12th, we open the doors for a unique and sacred gathering, Inner Temple a chance to slow down, breathe, and remember.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a ritual that has brought communities together for centuries. From there, Manuel Veres will guide us through channeled storytelling:

The journey continues into breath-work and ecstatic dance weaving ancient practices into freeform movement, release, and celebration. We close with a sound bath, letting the vibrations restore balance and settle the body into stillness.
