Movement Specialist | Strength & Mobility Coach | Alignment-Based Trainer
With over 12,000 hours of experience, I’ve devoted my life’s work to helping people move better — not just in their workouts, but in the way they live, breathe, and show up in their bodies.
My approach was shaped by years in clinical rehab spaces, where I saw firsthand the impact of poor alignment, compensation patterns, and pain that goes unaddressed. It’s there I discovered the power of combining biomechanics, fascia release, breath awareness, and functional strength training to create real, lasting transformation.
I don’t believe in pushing through pain — I believe in retraining the body to move intelligently, efficiently, and powerfully.
