Movement Specialist | Strength & Mobility Coach | Alignment-Based Trainer
With over 12,000 hours of experience, I’ve devoted my life’s work to helping people move better, not just in their workouts, but in the way they live, breathe, and show up in their bodies.
My approach was shaped by years in clinical rehab spaces, where I saw firsthand the impact of poor alignment, compensation patterns, and pain that goes unaddressed. It’s there I discovered the power of combining biomechanics, fascia release, breath awareness, and functional strength training to create real, lasting transformation.
I don’t believe in pushing through pain, I believe in retraining the body to move intelligently, efficiently, and powerfully.
