Hi, I’m Nannette Chacon, a Postural & Movement Optimization Specialist, educator, and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-200) with over a decade of experience helping people move better, breathe deeper, and build strength that lasts.
I’m a NASM Certified Professional, featured by NASM as a Mobility Specialist for my work in movement science and corrective training. My foundation includes extensive clinical therapeutic experience, where I guided individuals through alignment restoration, breath mechanics, fascia-informed mobility, and structural strength development.
My work spans from individuals rebuilding their foundation to curated performance-focused environments alongside professional athletes where precision, intelligent programming, and mobility optimization are essential.
I specialize in high-level virtual coaching while also serving the South Florida community with in-person sessions by request. My approach is evidence-informed, strategic, and tailored to your unique biomechanics built for long-term structural resilience, not temporary results.
