Join us for an evening of movement, breath, and healing at the Yoga Connection Studio. After a powerful and transformative last gathering, we are returning for another immersive experience designed to release, restore, and reconnect.

Fluid Movement & Ecstatic Dance – Guided by Nannette Chacon, explore movement and breath awareness to release tension and reconnect with your body.
Transformational Breathwork & Sound Healing – Led by Jai El Ari, experience breathwork designed to release stored emotions and stress while immersing in sound healing with crystal bowls, wind chimes, and rain sticks.
